01 General Terms & Conditions

- Processing Time: Deposits are usually credited instantly. However, delays may occur due to technical issues.
- Currency: All transactions will be processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).
Warning: Any attempt to deposit funds from illegal sources, or any suspicion of money laundering, will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be immediately closed.
04 Withdrawal Policy
The following conditions must be met when withdrawing winnings from er333. We are committed to ensuring the withdrawal process is fully transparent and secure.
- KYC Verification: Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. A national ID, passport, or driving licence is accepted.
- Same Method: Withdrawals must generally be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
- Processing Time: Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Complex cases may take up to 24 hours.
- Minimum Amount: A minimum amount applies to each withdrawal.
- Wagering Conditions: To withdraw funds earned from a bonus, the associated wagering requirements must be met.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses come with wagering requirements. For example, a bonus of 100 BDT with 10x wagering means you must place 1,000 BDT in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn.

- Reload Bonus: Weekly or monthly reload bonuses are available for regular players.
- Cashback: A portion of losses within a given period is returned as cashback.

- Incorrect Odds: If incorrect odds are displayed due to an obvious error, er333 may void any bets placed at those odds.
07 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the er333 platform in order to maintain a fair environment:

- Fraud: Stolen payment methods, fake identities, or any other fraudulent activity.
- Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder money from illegal sources.
- Bonus Hunting: Opening multiple accounts or using other tactics to claim bonuses.
- Hacking: Any attempt to interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Using Another Person's Account: Accessing or using another person's account without their permission.
